Privacy Policy

LifeLinkOS is built privacy-first. Your family’s information lives on your device, not on our servers. We do not sell your data, show you ads, or use third-party trackers or analytics.

Information you provide

When you set up LifeLinkOS you enter an account name and (optionally) an email, and you create the content that makes the app useful — tasks, calendar events, notes, money entries, contacts, family members, wellness logs, and profile details. All of this is stored locally on your device.

If you turn on the optional cloud backup & sync so a family can share data across phones, that data is transmitted securely and stored only to provide the sync service — and it remains yours.

Information we do NOT collect

Subscriptions & payments

LifeLinkOS is sold as a subscription with a free trial. Purchases are processed by Apple (iPhone/iPad), Google (Android), or Stripe (web). Those providers handle your payment information under their own privacy policies; we only receive confirmation of whether your subscription is active.

Families & children

LifeLinkOS is a family-management tool intended to be set up and managed by a parent or other adult “organizer.” Profiles for children are created and controlled by that adult. The app is not directed to children for independent sign-up, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children outside of a family their guardian manages.

If we make material changes we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
